Great flavors and portion size. I ordered a combo and it was prepared in a timely manner.Staff was friendly and professional. During the day it's fairly quiet and relaxed. Night time it can get busy and waits are sometimes longer than 30 mins for a table.

Very decent sushi place. it's very affordable and delicious. Definitely one of good sushi places in the area.

The combo where you choose three items is such an affordable and filling deal. It also comes with miso soup which is a bonus. The rolls here are really fresh, especially the sashimi. This would a sushi place I'd frequent.

I like this place, small but cozy. Love their chicken karaage to start. Unfortunately, I wasn’t very impressed with their Osaka Special Roll, too much rice in that roll. One of the japanese restaurant that closes late. Very good price, friendly staff and excellent service.

The food came out very quickly and the portions were huge! The fried appetizers were hot and perfectly coated - not too heavy. The sushi rolls were packed with ingredients (not all rice like a lot of other sushi places)and their flavors were amazing. The prices are so cheap for the amount and quality of food you get here. Wish I lived in the neighborhood so I could come here more often.

Friendly service, good sushi, decent size pieces of sashimi. Their menu has a wide variety of sushi and other Japanese dishes. I would go again!

My brother recommended this place to me. So many pleasant was surprises... it is located right next door to my favorite Xian restaurant! I ordered late lunch 🣠takeout back to office. While I waited for my order, I was offered tea- really nice since it is snowing outside. Inside, it is clean and comfortably warm, with super nice people working here! Recommended to cure winter blues.

All the sushi rolls were okay. Yaki udon, yaki soba and the teriyaki beef and chicken similar in quality as ayce places.

If you want quality sushi for a fraction of the price... this is your place. The prices were so good, I initially questioned how the quality of the sushi would be, but to my surprise- every single item my husband and I ate were magnificent. I would definitely recommend this place!

When the prices are cheap and the fried chicken is this good, the people come flocking! I liked it here. First time on a Friday night. Good service and great price point! Make sure you try the karage!

Very good sushi. Especially Dynamite roll.

Decent cheap sushi, we like the all day $11.99 special - enough food that you feel full. Medium sized rolls with miso soup, not overdone with rice. So-so environment, and server doesn't come by often to fill tea

I've gone to Sushi Aji on Kingsway about 4 times now. The food at sushi Aji is delicious and also cheap. Every time I go I am impressed by the quality and price of the food. As well, the staff are friendly and attentive, the wait time after placing an order is minimal, and the restaurant is clean and well decorated. I am very much looking forward to returning to Sushi Aji soon!!! Thank you very much

Inexpensive, Quality Grade A++ Japanese Sushi. My wife and I had 3 rolls that were excellent...Dragon roll, Angel roll, Rainbow roll. We also had two pieces of Nigiri which were perfect as well. For the price, you get top quality sushi for half the price.

Sushi Ashi is a good place for Sushi. It's been modernized since my last visit several years ago. I had the Spiced Sushi combo and Edamame(fresh Soya bean pods) for about $ 15 total. The service is good and so I enjoyed multiple cups of tea, too. 😊

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Great sushi for a great price! With cheap sushi, you might expect a dingier place but nope, this place looks super modern on the inside. Really nice restaurant to just chill and go easy on the wallet.

For a sushi joint they were pretty good (service and taste). Chinese owned. Usually a place will be goods at one thing and not the other, but they do every dish relatively well. The tempera wasn't heavy. It's a go to if you want no fush and just to get your cali roll kick on.

This is closest sushi place to my home and I think an incredibly lucky for that. Sushi Aji opened up close to 8 months ago and I've been a regular customer since then. Be it dine in or take out, the quality is impeccable and their hospitality is set at high standards. They have an excellent $10.95 special for 3 items on their special menu plus miso or, $7.95 for 3 types of sushi plus miso (for 11 30 am to 4 pm). Definitely worth a try and a great place to hangout overall. You can always combine it with the bubble tea places nearby.
